Each year, the Republican Probity Women look to identify young ladies within Preble County Ohio who demonstrate remarkable dedication to their studies and who have demonstrated their leadership skills and commitment to their community.

These ladies serve as a testament of our belief in the potential of individuals to shape a brighter future.  They are a manifestation of our commitment to foster learning, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence.  They have actively engaged in various extracurricular activities, volunteering initiatives, and community service projects that reflect their strong sense of responsibility toward creating positive change.  Their commitment to giving back to their community, to uplifting those around them, and to making a lasting difference is both heartening and truly praiseworthy.
